review | haemochromatosis

Haemochromatosis is one of those uncommon diseases that seems to be just common enough – and it’s a systemic disorder with multiple complications – arthropathy, cardiac, gastrointestinal, endocrine…the list goes on. How much do you know about it?

It’s got a genetic basis to it, and has a great pathophysiology behind it to learn – basically, there is lots here to know. Definitely worth reading about, and where better than with a review from Gastroenterology here
