Thought we’d make the next one straightforward – 54 year old farmer presents with central crushing chest pain, associated with diaphoresis. Examination reveals an unwell looking gentleman, with a blood pressure of 102/70 and normal saturations. Oxygen is put on and one of the nurses hands you this ECG.
