Don’t fail with hypertension

If you’ve got high blood pressure, then one of the big concerns that will play on your mind is developing heart failure. But there are just so many anti-hypertensives to choose from – which one do you start with?




The Archives checked out a bunch of randomised controlled trials over about a 12 year period, and figured out that diuretics and renin-angiotensin system inhibitors (ACE-i/ARB).
