Beware the hypertensive smoker with a headache – they may look well, but it’s so important to pick those red flags early to give your patient the best chance.

The American Family Physician has a nice review on the recognition and evaluation of nontraumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage and ruptured cerebral aneurysm, published at the start of this month.
